In his 20 years with the Company, Curt has gained valuable experience representing corporate clients in a wide range of transactions including office and industrial leasing, dispositions of surplus office and industrial properties, build to suit for sale and lease, site selection studies, and investment analysis and consulting.
Currently, Curt leads a Paine/Wetzel team that provides real estate services on a national and global basis to Emerson, a Fortune 500 Company based in St. Louis, Missouri. Current projects include build to suit leases in Canada, Mexico, and Murfreesboro, Tennessee, a build to suit sale in Houston, Texas, and consulting on a build to suit lease in The Netherlands.
Other current assignments include Divisional Headquarters office relocations in Atlanta, St. Louis and Philadelphia, as well as surplus property dispositions across the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.
Curt partners with affiliates through ONCOR International and the SIOR network on most of his national and global assignments. Curt is consistently among the top producers at Paine/Wetzel Associates as well as a global top producer and consistently among the top sending referral brokers within ONCOR International.
