William Kerrins successfully operated his own marketing organization in the Chicago area for more than 14 years prior to entering commercial/industrial real estate.

In 1987, Bill accepted the position of Director of Marketing for a major national developer. His responsibility included a 1.3 million square foot office/warehouse property on Chicago's west side and a 650,000 SF building on the south side. Both had significant vacancy. In just over two years, Kerrins brought the two properties to 94% occupancy by consummating leases totaling over 800,000 Square Feet!

Bill joined Paine/Wetzel - ONCOR International brokerage group in 1990 and has been aggressively pursuing tenant representation, owner representation, and acquisition representation opportunities in the west and southwest Cook County feeder markets, DuPage County, Kane County and Will County.

Mr. Kerrins past transactions include representing Home Products International as its Exclusive Agent in over 225,000 SF of leases in Chicago; representing Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc./Discover Card as Exclusive Agent in its lease negotiations for its Chicago fulfillment operation of approximately 108,000 SF; representing Flint Ink North America in 4 separate transactions; representing Beatrice Company in the disposition of a 270,500 SF building in Chicago; representing Superior Nut & Candy Company in the acquisition of its 50,000 SF Chicago, Illinois processing plant, and in 2004 an additional 87,000 SF processing plant. Recently Mr. Kerrins represented First Industrial Realty Trust in the acquisition of a 407,000 SF building in Bedford Park and Olympic Oil, Ltd in securing a 266,000 SF ten year lease.

Larger 2005 transactions include representing Midway Business Center in the lease of 270,000 SF of industrial space; the sale of 91,400 SF industrial facility at I-55 and Kedzie Avenue, the sale of 270 acres of agricultural land to Opus North Corp. for its Minooka Ridge Business Park, and the sale of the 850,000 SF 4800 S. Central Avenue industrial facility.
