Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that Ed Wabick, Principal of the firm has completed an industrial lease in Munster, IN.

TEC AIR has leased 127,600 square feet in a 650,000 square foot building at 9200 Calumet Avenue in Munster. The manufacturer of plastic air movement components and systems is moving their facility from Willow Springs, IL and expanding its lease. The new location is situated within the Lake Business Center, a new high-end business park in Northwest Indiana.

TEC AIR's products include axial and radial flow fans, impellers, blower wheels, centrifugal flow fans and motorized blower assemblies utilizing each of these components. TEC AIR supplies a diverse market throughout the world, including the automotive, appliance, yard care, floor care, HVAC, refrigeration and climate control industries.
